Deer Management

The Estate's 1900 hectares of sustainable managed, high quality multi-purpose woodlands deliver bio-diversity, recreational and landscape benefits alongside the production of timber.

The responsible management of wild deer is an integral part of the overall management of the Estate's woodlands, ensuring the welfare of deer stocks and protection of our Forestry Stewardship Council's certified woodland. Responsible deer management not only safeguards deer from impacts of over population but also protects our native broadleaved woodlands, allowing them to regenerate.

We offer conducted stalking for Roe deer available on our Clinton Estate in East Devon. Set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the Estate's woods and farmland produce a rich mosaic that is ideal Roe deer habitat.

Venison

Clinton Venison is produced from wild deer which are expertly and locally butchered to provide you with high quality, great tasting meat.  Clinton venison is supplied in packs containing two haunch roasting joints, fillet steak and casserole meat, all low in cholesterol and high in omega fatty acids and iron, and it is also available as venison sausages and burgers.
