Dotton Business Units is a light industrial estate situated in Dotton Lane mid way between the villages of Newton Poppleford and Colaton Raleigh approximately 41/2 miles from Sidmouth and 11 miles from Exeter and the M5.

Directions to the site
Leaving the M5 at junction 30 take the A3052 Sidmouth Road. At Newton Poppleford take the B3176 signposted to Budleigh Salterton. Just before you enter the village of Colaton Raleigh turn left into Dotton Lane. The Dotton Business Units are approximately 3/4 miles along this road on the right hand side clearly signposted.

Communications are good, with the M5 motorway junction being 8 miles away, and Exmouth's railway station providing easy access to the national rail network. In addition, Exeter Airport has regular connecting and direct flights to both the continent and the major UK airports.
