Directions to the site
Leaving the M5 at junction 30 take the A3052 Sidmouth Road. At Newton Poppleford take the B3176 signposted to Budleigh Salterton. Just before you enter the village of Colaton Raleigh turn left
into Dotton Lane. The Dotton Business Units are approximately 3/4 miles along this road on the right hand side clearly signposted.
