Liverton Business Park is owned by Clinton Devon Estates, a large local private estate who are developing Liverton as a long-term investment. The Location

Communications are good, with the M5 motorway junction being 8 miles away, and Exmouth's railway station providing easy access to the national rail network. In addition, Exeter Airport has regular connecting and direct flights to both the continent and the major UK airports.



Exmouth is a popular seaside
resort, with a population of over
30,000. It enjoys a superb situation at
the mouth of the Exe Estuary, with 2 miles
of golden sands. The town has a modern
shopping centre with indoor swimming pool,
a large indoor tennis centre and numerous
other sporting facilities.

Exmouth is able to offer a skilled and motivated
labour force, reinforced by the presence of the
University campus and the large Royal Marines
Training centre in nearby Lympstone. The
Cathedral City and County Town of Exeter,
which has a population of 100,000, is only 10
miles away.

The area offers a wide range of housing, from
low-cost starter homes right through to large
detached homes with coastal views. There are
also a number of attractive villages and hamlets
close to Exmouth, for those who prefer a rural
setting.

Directions to the Site:
Leaving the M5 at Junction 30, take the A377
Exmouth Road into Exmouth. At Exmouth take
the A376 signposted to Budleigh Salterton.
Liverton Business park is approximately 1.5
miles along this road clearly signposted on the
left hand side.

Arrangements
Leasing arrangements are flexible dependant
upon the tenants' needs. Generally these are on
full repairing and insuring leases with terms
varying between 5 and 10 years.
