The Old Sawmills is a light industrial estate on the edge of Colaton Raleigh in East Devon, approximately 5 miles from Sidmouth and 11 miles from Exeter and the M5.

The site is the home of East Devon branch of Victoria Sawmills, selling timber, fencing products, gates, decking and garden furniture.

Directions to the Site:
Leaving the M5 junction, take the
A3052 Sidmouth Road. At Newton
Poppleford take the B3176 signposted to
Budleigh Salterton. As you enter the village
of Colaton Raleigh, turn right into
Hawkerland Road. The Old Sawmills
Industrial Estate is approximately
1/4 mile along this road with the entrance
clearly signposted.

Arrangements
Leasing arrangments are flexible dependant
upon the tenants' needs. Generally these are
on full repairing and insuring leases with terms
varying between 5 and
