Liverton Business Park is on the outskirts of Exmouth and easily accessed via two key main road links - Dinan Way and Salterton Road.  

The town centre is 1.5 miles away and the Business Park benefits from a frequent bus service.  Under plans for Liverton 2, there will be an extension of a cycle route and footpath linking both Liverton Business Park and Liverton 2 to nearby residential areas.

As well as a wide selection of national and local retailers on the Business Park itself, there is also a Tesco superstore close by.
