Clinton Devon Estates let approximately 350 residential properties in East and North Devon, ranging from small cottages in village locations to larger farm and country houses in their own grounds.

Many of the properties provide an essential resource for local families who would otherwise find it impossible to afford to live in the villages where they were born and brought up.

The Estate is committed to maintaining its accommodation to a high standard, through regular repair and painting programmes.

Not only do the Estate provide housing but also land, allotments and rural buildings.

Due to overwhelming demand for housing in East Devon the Estate are unable to accept any further applications for residential lettings in that area until further notice. The Estate continue to accept applications for residential properties in North Devon, and for land and allotments in all areas by the completion and email return of the application form on the website.
