the A3052 Sidmouth Road. At Newton
Poppleford take the B3176 to Budleigh
Salterton, through Colaton Raleigh and
East Budleigh. Take the left hand turning
into South Farm Road, South Farm Court is
located approximately 1 mile at the end of
the drive.

Arrangements
Leasing arrangements are flexible dependant
upon the tenants' needs. Generally these are
on full repairing and insuring leases with terms
varying between 5 and 10 years.
